Refund policy

At Clear Breath, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Due to hygiene and personal care reasons, our Magnetic Nasal Strips are non-returnable once delivered.

However, if you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at clearbreath5@gmail.com with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos or videos of the product
  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

For prepaid orders cancelled before shipment, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Refund Processing

For prepaid orders, approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are eligible only for replacement if approved.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refund or replacement.
